III. Application:
The product is widely used in multiple industries including geology, mine, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine, water purification and metal surface treatment and is a basic chemical raw material.
IV. Packaging:
The industrial synthetic hydrochloric acid is packaged with special tankers or storage tanks that could be fitted with sealing covers.
When industrial synthetic hydrochloric acid is packaged with plastic buckets or ceramic jars, the filling port should be well covered. After a ceramic jar is sealed, it is placed into a wooden box and the box port should be at least 20mm higher than the filling port.
There should be a conspicuous secure mark on the packaging of delivered industrial synthetic hydrochloric acid, and the mark should include the manufacturer name and address, product name, trademark, executive standard number, production permit number and corrosive article mark as stipulated in GB190. Additionally, external packaging of the industrial synthetic hydrochloric acid packaged with plastic buckets or ceramic jars should be provided with a lot number or production date, net mass and “Up” mark as stipulated in GB/T191.
V. Transportation:
During transportation of industrial synthetic hydrochloric acid, to prevent collision and leakage; in addition, do not mix it with alkaline articles.
VII. Storage:
The industrial synthetic hydrochloric acid should not be stored with alkaline articles on a mixed basis.
